The Member Agreement

I accept the offer to become a Member of Prosperous Legacy Advisers, a private members association open by invitation and approval. By signing, I agree to the Declaration of Purpose and the Memorandum of Understanding below.

Declaration of Purpose

1. We are an association of Members who choose to live in peace under God's law, to be of mutual benefit to one another, and to exercise our God-given freedom to enter into private agreements with one another.
2. We hold that the right to gather, to counsel one another, to speak freely, and to enter private agreement belongs to every Living Soul under God's law, and does not depend on any nation for its existence. Where a nation's founding documents, including the Constitution for the United States of America and the Declaration of Independence, recognize and align with this truth, we welcome that alignment. We do not depend upon them for our authority to gather.
3. We choose from among our number those Members best able to counsel the rest, and those most skilled to assist in drafting and documenting private agreements for the stewarding of resources, the exchange of gifts and services, and the founding of religious, ministerial or private organizations.
4. Our private agreements govern three areas: spiritual endeavors, the exchange of energy between Members, and how we steward resources.
5. Our mission is assisting the awakened Child of God restore true identity, repurpose worldly assets into Kingdom resources, and steward Kingdom resources lawfully. We carry out this mission guided by the process we call Chess Piece Strategy Selection. Each Member decides what is best for himself or herself. The goal is that every Member accept full responsibility for every part of his or her life, health and wellbeing as a self-governing Member of this association.
6. The Association may accept or decline any Living Soul according to how that person's expression of love aligns with the principles and practices of the Members.

Memorandum of Understanding

1. Private relations, not licensed practice. Any Member who advises me does so as a fellow Member and not in any licensed capacity. No attorney-client or other licensed professional relationship exists between Members. I have chosen to stand in this Agreement as a private Member, not as a public client. If I want licensed professional advice, I will seek it elsewhere.
2. My decisions are my own. I am responsible for weighing any advice or recommendation I receive and for educating myself about its risk, efficacy and desirability. I will sign no document suggested or recommended by the Association until I understand it and consent to its terms. I accept that no agreement or recommendation is foolproof and that I may suffer adverse consequences from my own choices. I hold every trustee, board member, minister, staff member, fellow Member, agency, ministry and auxiliary of the Association harmless from unintentional liability arising from advice given to me.
3. We do not sue one another. The right to make private agreement belongs to every Living Soul under God's law, apart from what any nation chooses to recognize, and the Members act in private relations, outside the jurisdiction of any federal, state, national, or local agency. Where a nation's law, including the First and Fourteenth Amendments to the Constitution for the United States of America, aligns with and protects this right, we welcome that alignment. Accordingly, I waive all rights to bring a statutory complaint, grievance or legal action against the Association, its trustees, board members, Members, agencies, auxiliaries or staff, and the Association and its Members likewise undertake not to use statutory law against me. Any disagreement between us will be settled by private binding mediation. A complaint filed in any court or with any agency will be dismissed or remanded to mediation under this Agreement.
4. Confidence. The practices, procedures, records and documents of the Association are private and remain its property, even where I hold a copy. I will not disclose them to any non-Member, court, state bar or agency, and I will not compete with the practices of the Association. I will hold what I learn here in confidence for seven years.
5. Membership. I join of my own free will, without pressure and without any promise of results. I am of age and of sound mind. I do not represent any agency whose purpose is to regulate the practice of law. I may withdraw from the Association at any time, and I agree that these terms bind me for seven years after I do. The Members carry no insurance for the activities of the Association.
6. Donations. My member donation entitles me to the general benefits the Association declares. Further benefits may ask a further donation. All donations and dues are non-refundable.
7. This Agreement supersedes any earlier agreement. Violation of its terms ends my membership, and any harm arising is addressed in private binding mediation.
